Shiftly's permission matrix lets you scope each manager to the locations they run and control exactly what they can see and do. Restricted managers see a reduced view rather than data from sites they don't manage, so local control and central oversight sit side by side.

Consistent award rules

One set of award rules, every location

Set each employee's award once and Shiftly applies it the same way at every site, using rates loaded from Fair Work Commission data and calculating penalties, allowances, overtime and age-based rates. A rate is never read two different ways by two different managers.

Shift cover

Cover a gap at any site, from your own team

When a venue is short, mark the shift open and Shiftly offers it to eligible staff who are available and not on leave, so you cover it without stripping another site. Soon, venues will be able to post the same shift to Shiftly On-Demand, where independent shifters accept it directly. You pay for the hours worked plus Shiftly's fee, with no agency markup, and because shifters work for themselves there is no payroll to run for the cover.

All your locations share one Xero organisation, so approved timesheets from every site post to the same Xero payroll, with each line carrying its cost centre's tracking option if you split wages by venue. Not on Xero? One Excel or CSV export lists every site's timesheets with a location column, in seven layouts from pay lines to labour cost by position.
