Customer stories
Venues running on Shiftly
Australian cafés, burger bars and restaurants that roster, track time and calculate award pay on Shiftly for $0 a month. Each story leads with what the owner or director said, then shows what was set up and which award rules the platform handles for them.

Stack'd Burgers runs its roster and timesheets on Shiftly for $0 a month
A Sydney burger venue swapped paid rostering software for a platform with no per-employee fee, and kept the support a paid product is supposed to buy you.
Rockpool Beach Cafe cut the time it spends on the roster after moving to Shiftly
A café director who had used other rostering apps found the roster faster to build on Shiftly, and a product team that changed the app when she asked.
Il Porcellino classifies staff, roles and timesheets in Shiftly, with clock-ins it can trust
A hospitality director on why the roles-and-classifications setup and the location-checked clock-in were the features that made timesheets believable.
How these stories are written
A venue manager or payroll coordinator reading a customer story wants to know whether the platform works, not whether the marketing team can write. So the rules are simple.
The operator's words, unedited
Each story is built around a public review from the owner or director named on it. We quote the review as written and do not paraphrase it into claims the person did not make.
Only figures the venue confirms
Where a story shows a number, the venue has supplied or confirmed it. If a venue has not given us a figure, the story says what changed in words rather than estimating one.
The award rules, dated
Pay rules quoted in a story come from Shiftly's award guides and carry the date they were last verified, so a payroll coordinator can check them against Fair Work.
